Your warranty is valid for 12 months from the delivery date on your shipping record.
1. Stone Security
Center stones (≥0.5ct):
• If detached but not lost → repair costs up to $100 covered (with valid receipt).
• If lost → replacement available at 30% of order value, item must be returned for inspection and reset.
Accent stones (<0.5ct):
• First-time replacement is free.
• Local resetting fees up to $100 covered (once only, with valid receipt).
2. Prong Adjustment
If prongs loosen → repair fees up to $50 covered (once only).
3. Tarnishing on Silver/Gold-Plated Jewelry
Plating peels or fades within 6 months → free re-plating service.
Option to upgrade to solid gold anytime by paying the price difference.
4. Special Cases
For issues not listed above → we’ll review case by case and provide the most suitable solution.
5. Exclusions
Damages caused by accidents, misuse, or improper handling are not covered.
